By accessing or using Dragon Mind ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to students, teachers, parents, mental health professionals, and educational institutions.
Dragon Mind is an educational gaming platform that teaches emotional regulation and self-regulation skills through evidence-based Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) techniques. The Platform is designed for young people aged 11-18.
The Platform includes interactive gameplay, progress tracking, educational resources, and reporting features for educators and mental health professionals.
Student Users: The Platform is intended for students aged 11-18. Students under 16 require parental consent or must be registered through their educational institution with appropriate permissions.
Adult Users: Teachers, parents, mental health professionals, and other adult users must be at least 18 years old and have legitimate educational or therapeutic reasons for accessing the Platform.
Institutional Users: Educational institutions and healthcare organisations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions and consent for student participation.
We are committed to protecting user privacy and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act.

If you have concerns about a student's mental health, please consult with appropriate medical or mental health professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragon Mind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform or via email where contact details are available.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
